Troubling Kohle Bathroom Faucet

Good Morning Everyone,

Noticed a dripping faucet in my bathroom (usually a simple fix, given the age of the house I figured it was a worn out washer), however when I attempted to gain access to the stem I couldn't figure out how to open it. Nothing on the handle(s) wants to come apart.

I have never ran across this style of faucet. I do not have the installation instructions, but I am sure that it is a discontinued style.

Its a Delta, centerset, two-tone, two-handled bathroom faucet.

Does anyone have a clue on how to work on this faucet?

The tops of the handles twist off. Not the gold ring, but the dome above it.

That is one of the more common questions to get asked on this forum in recent years. I do believe it was Mr David who first showed us all how they come apart. I have never saw them in person to be honest!
