I have an old Eljer, and I think it gets clogged perhaps 1-2 times a week now. I'm certain of minimal paper use, and just wondering is it possible that some toilets clog more easily than others?

before you buy a new one. pull the toilet.
take it outside, look up in it from the bottom, see if anything is inside it.
also. look at the flange on the floor, does it have one of the "cant leak" plstic/wax rings
them SOB's are notorious for stopping up terlets. after you have done your investigation, determined it is not a foreign something or other
THEN buy your new terlit
get a KOHLER HANDICAP BOWL elongated front
new supply line,bolts, wax ring
