Tankless water heater installation

I've recently bought an old camper that needs a water heater installed. I don't know a thing about plumbing and I'd like to have hot water from my shower, bathroom, and kitchen. The line runs from a well outside into the kitchen first then the bathroom.

I have hot water piping which seems to go from a previous source that has been cut off. Im assuming the pipe you can see cut off in the photo should be connected to the water heater and then from the heater to the bathroom sink, shower, and kitchen sink.

I'm not sure about how to get hot water to the shower because it only has a cold line.

Tie a tee into the hot water line and then run pipe over to the shower faucet.
