Some advice on whether to buy a tankless water heater for your home

I've had some home owners ask me whether they would save money using a tank-less water heater and I figured I'd share an article I wrote about it. Hopefully it could be of benefit to some of you:

They are twice as expensive, and need routine maintenance, which often cannot be handled by any plumber, and when power goes out, you are taking a cold shower. I say when you consider this information, it is a wash with saving money.

my house has a very small boiler rm no place to expand
so the boiler has a tankless it's only 5 yeas old I had to repipe
my basement due to a frozen pipe so my only other option was
electric hwh it's not tied I. Yet but ready but I do have great
hot water I have oil only otherwise I would Install a gas hwh
