We are installing a bathroom upstairs and I'm considering installing a small water heater. I'm not familiar with them. Is there a brand the forum would recommend? Gas vs electric?
 
I'm not familiar with a recirculating pump. I'll check them out.
Yes, full bath for my two daughters. I could probably get away with a 30 if I go that route.
 
Home Depot has a Grundfos recirc pump system for $199, and you could set that specific sink to be the end point, meaning that would have instant hot water at all times if you wish.
