Shutting off water for firesprinkler repair

Hi,

So I got the parts needed for my repair thanks to jdc helping me with identifying them.

My next questions is how do I shut off the water to the system? It doesn't have a separate shut off valve so I know that I would have to shut the water to the whole house.

I also see a gauge and a valve on the sprinkler system right next to the alarm response pressure switch.

Do I need to drain the sprinkler system separately or would shutting down the water supply to the house be enough?

If the system has an alarm it will activate when you drop the pressure. If it's connected to a emergency response be sure to notify them your shutting the system down.
