Seeking a part

I am sure this question is often asked. The extending pipe of my shower has sprung a pin-hole leak and needs to be replaced. (pictures below) Possible this is a universal part, she asked hopefully...

That is all purchased as a set and I don't believe are available for purchase separately. I had the same unit and tossed it into the trash due to the constant leaking, the automatic dropping of the arm, and loss of water volume.
