RUUD Power Vent PVP40FW

Hi. I have a Ruud Power Vent 40 gal Hot Water Tank PVP40FW Gas. It has been going into lockout mode. I flip the switch off and back on, the ignitor glows and it fires up. I'm seeing at about he 3rd time heating that it tries to fire up that the ignitor glows, but it doesn't light. The glow goes out and it goes into lockout mode.

Does anyone know what part I have to replace or what could be the problem?
