Roughing in a half bath

Im roughing in a half bath. I have a crawl space. The existing piping is 4" ABS. How should I make my 1 1/2" waste line for my lavatory and 3" waste for my toilet tie in? Is their a particular order that that lines must tie in to pass inspection? I'm including an attactment sketch.

you cant use a sani t on its back like that, has to be a wye and a 45 minimum. run 2" to the lav and then use a 2 x 1 1/2 ( on the vertical ) sani t the top of the sani t becomes the vent for your lav and w.c. and can reduce to 1 1/2
