We had a kitchen drain line reran because there was no slope and it kept getting stopped up.

It went under a small slab so they used angle joints to go around instead of digging it out.

Is this acceptable plumbing? Fine to angle around things on a drain line?

What do you mean by using angle joints to go around?

They replaced the entire line, but used drainage type fittings to go around the slab instead of breaking up the slab, or they reused the line under the slab that has no slope on it?

They ran line around the slab. Not reused old pipe. However they could have dug down and got the old pipe out. The slab and pipe were vertically inline.
