Replace jacuzzi shower

Hi,

I have a tough problem. I have a jacuzzi in my bathroom that is tiled around. The only access door provides access to the motor only. Jacuzzi has a faucet and a shower. The problem is with the shower cable. The outer cover (metal) is ripped and is falling apart exposing the rubber tube. I am afraid that eventually the tube will rip. Any suggestions on how to fix it without taking apart all the tiles around the jacuzzi?

If the tub was installed after the top deck was tiled, it can usually be lifted out to access the valve. That often requires several people to do.
