I am trying to build a restroom next to my laundry room, and I hope to make it happen without breaking the foundation.

Here I have three sets of questions for people with related experience and I appreciate any of your answers in advance:

1. What’s your experience with rear discharge / back outlet toilet? Are they good options if I wish to avoid breaking the concrete floor?

2. Can I discharge toilet water through drain line originally for a washer? If yes, any specific area to pay attention when making this connection?

3. Anyone have experience with this product from American Standard?

Rear discharge are not a first choice but they can work.
They must have a three inch drain and the flange must be set to match EXACTLY with the rear of your fixture.
Use a felt impregnated urethane wax gasket made for rear discharge.
All drains must be vented as per code.
An alternate plumbing choice is Saniflow pump system instead of that Yorkville. For Saniflow, you must pair it with their china.
