Re-circulation Line Advice

I had recently a Rheem Tank Less Water Heater installed in my property. I notice that the water takes considerably longer than the former Tank Gas Water Heater to flow hot water through the kitchen and bathrooms.
The water heater has a built-in recirculating pump and I want to plumb a re-circulating connections. Here is what my idea of the connection is, just hoping to get some feedback if this looks like is going to work.

Look up circuitsolver.com they should have a solution to balance the loops.

Thanks! Sounds like one of this on each one of my two brances should provide the balance I need.
