raise floor cleanout

I am adding insulation and subfloor in the basement bathroom. I am wondering is there a way to raise the floor cleanout about 2" without break concrete and redo it?

Which clean out are you trying to raise? The one in the waste line or the one in the floor?

the one on the floor.

Remove the plug and install a PVC to threaded male then install a PVC clean out into the male.
