radiator supply and return mixed up, monoflow T's

I have radiant heat in my house. The radiators are all connected with monoflow T's. One of them has the supply and return reversed. If I'm to fix this, is it as simple as just flipping the T's around?

Further, is it ok to heat, remove, and resolder these fittings?. The system is less than 3 years old.

Are they both monoflow tees? If not it can still work as long as the arrow on the tee is pointing in the direction of flow. The only time we use two monoflow tees is when the radiator is below the main.

Did the radiator ever heat? I would like to see a picture of both tees showing there arrows and there location on the main.
