Decided to go with the Quick Connects for the Backyard Pool...All seems to be fine except the Hose leading from the Pump to the Filter Tank.... I moved the Clamp up the hose to about the top of the neck of the quick connect if you will, on the Filter side which stemmed the drips..Not the same at the Pump end, tried moving the clamp up being ever so careful not to over tighten as I'm notorious for snapping bolts..Problem is water dripping out from the hose , all the threaded connections no leaking...If I shut the Pump Off , take a towel to dry off the wet areas and leave it to let the Sun dry off things..No leaks while not under Pressure.. btw the Quick Connects are the ones with the groves on the hose side, not smooth surface..Any Ideas what I'm Missing ?? Comments Appreciated..
