So, I'm a plumber myself for almost 8 years, working by myself.
Today I was surfing online and I saw that video:

After watching the video I think it's might be useful for my line of work, what do you think? Anyone heard about it or tried it?

I too thought that Neverwet would be really awesome and cool until I started reading some reviews and stuff. There was even a Youtube video that showed how it fails.

There's also this that shows it is not durable

First of all, it apparently leaves an unplesant texture on things.

If you put something directly under the flow of water from even a lavatory faucet, the NeverWet comes off.

Basically you would have to keep constantly applying it over and over and it will keep coming off. This way you have to keep buying more.

So I would say "No".

Thanks for raining on my parade............

I know how you feel.
I was incredibly disappointed when I saw that the product is not durable. It just looked so cool in the advertisements. Maybe in the future they will develop something that doesn't change the texture of things and that is more durable.
