So I have been living in a house I bought for about a year now, and now I want to repair this urinal that is in the basement. There is a sizable drip with it and I am assuming it is the valve. It seems it is a Mansfield 190 type the issue I am having with it is that I can not figure out how to get the cartridge out of it, assuming again that, that is the problem with it. Can anyone confirm that would fix it and if so how the heck do I get the cartridge out?? Thanks.

have you tried unscrewing it from the valve body??

Place a flat jaw wrench/adjustable cresent wrench here.
Don't forget to turn off the water.

Yeah I've done that but the valve/cartridge will not come out, it was unscrewed and when I pull I just see the little bit of the copper color of the cartridge. It won't move after that and I feel like I'm going to pull the whole fixture out of the wall. I don't know if there was anything I had to do to get it out.
