Plumbing Red Seal Preparation

Hi this is a question for my fellow Canadian counterparts on here. I am a military plumbing and heating technician and I will be completing my journeyman certification course next week which allows me to be able to challenge the interprovincial red seal exam, however I feel like I need a refresher and/or preparation to feel confident I will be able to successfully challenge the red seal exam. So what I'm asking is are any of you guys out there aware of any books, websites, courses or whatever resources that could be available to allow me to prepare for this exam?
