Please identify this Kitchen Faucet

I have a leaky faucet that I am hoping to repair. The leak is at the joint above the connection to the spout. The leak only occurs when you swivel the spout or pull up on the handle. I've not been able to find any manufacturer label on the faucet. I believe that it is a Kohler, but have not seen another model like it. So, does anyone know the manufacturer? Does anyone know if the cartridge can be replaced?

Send that pic to kohler. Don’t think it’s a kohler though. Take it apart and take the cartridge to a wholesale house. They’ll help you.
