Please help me find my main water shut-off

Hi there,
The cold water in my bathtub won't turn off. It goes round and round, but won't go off. I have the shower handle turned halfway so it doesn't come out the shower head or the faucet, but it's still leaking out some. I want to be able to turn off the main supply of water after I take showers until I can get a plumber out so I won't be running up the water bill.

I know there is a shut-off at the meter in the front yard, but I'm looking for the main water supply shut-off at my house. Or at least a way I can turn off the cold water. My house is a 1950's home and it has a crawl space.

Here are photos of some pipes in my garage by the water heater. The middle one has a red handle. There is also a very small line on the ground. I have a gas light post that doesn't work, so I don't know if there might be a gas line somewhere in there.

Here are photos of the little door in the bedroom behind the shower. I don't see anything you could turn to shut it off.

One should not be allowed to occupy a house until they have learned how to turn off water and power in an emergency.

good luck if those valves really work i would have them removed and a single valve installed. someone obviously did not understand plumbing 101

They do set ups like that in Los Angeles for apartments. They do it so they have a shut off valve, a backup shut off and a bypass for valve replacement. Although that one is not exactly how they are done.
