I'm replacing all of my old piping in my cabin with Pex tubing. This is a seasonal (Summer only) cabin so I was thinking of running the tubing underneath the cabin instead of in the walls/ceiling. I have about 3-31/2 feet under the building so access would not be too difficult. The supply comes into the bathroom thru the floor and will be run in the home run method with manifolds. It easier drilling thru the floor than thru all of the ceiling joists.Any drawbacks to running pex under the building?
