Does anyone know what kind of PEX stabilizer is shown in the attached photo. My PEX tubing has a very slow leak and I can't tell what the metal things are on the side of the stabilizer. Is it a nail that has nicked the tubing or a clamp that is part of the stabilizer. A photo of the hot water line that is not leaking is shown for reference. The PEX tubing is running up through the floor from the basement to the 1st floor bathroom.

Looks like someone nialed the crap outta that pipe.

Nobody makes special "PEX stabilizer".
Those are basic insert fittings that we use for copper pipe since the o.d. are the same. Any plumbing supply house should sell them. Any brand works.
Like GR says, those are NEVER nailed. Some jokers didn't put nail protector plates on the studs or some other catastrophe occurred It is Murphy's Law Sub-corrilary #86 .
