Outdoor spigot pipe dripping

Hello,

I just noticed yesterday that one of the outdoor spigots on my house is starting to drip. My house sits on a slab so I cannot get underneath the house to see if it is the pipe or the spigot. My house has vinyl siding on it and I would have to guess some sort of cement board behind the siding. How would I go about fixing this leak?
