I'm in the midst of setting up a temporary kitchen and want to make use of the slop sink found in the basement. The sink is made of heavy Earthenware or similar, about 1.25" thick. This may evolve into a permanent install and I'm having trouble finding a wall-mounted faucet with a 11-3/8" center-to-center spacing.

Single faucets (unmixed) would be the easiest solution, but wanted to see if modifying a dual-wall mounted faucet is worth the headache for the aesthetics, or if you had any ideas.

Here is a poor photo. You can see that the previous owner simply used hose bibs as faucets.

You really don't need to mount the faucet down inside the sink. Mount the faucet on the wall above the sink. use back ear female X C brass 90 screwed to a block set them 8" apart and use any wall mount faucet

Another good idea. Then I'd have to cover the existing holes in the sink, but I could do that with a nice brass plate or similar.

Whatever you end up doing, the outlet of the spout HAS to be above the rim of the sink. The way it is set up now, there is a risk of backflow and contamination of your potable water supply.
