Noise from water intake line

Hi

I'm new here and I'd like to get the opinions from the members of this board first before I go out and hire a plumber to fix. This just started happening about a month ago. Whenever we flush the toilets in the house, we hear this loud vibrating noise. I've tracked it down to the water line coming into the house. Has anyone seen this before and know what might be causing it? Here's a link to the video that I took.

Looks like a pressure reducing valve. Replacing it should fix it if that's where the noise is coming from
