when i turn my goodman furnace on, it runs for a few seconds, then noise starts coming from the pipes and it shuts off. I'm not quite sure how to fix this. Any ideas of the cause? I am In New Jersey and it's gotten very cold

here is a yt video of the sound.

Looks like 90 percent efficient furnace. The sound sounds like vent pipe expanison or condensation water dripping. The furnace may be shutting down dew to vent pipe blockage or condensate drain not draining. Check vent pipe outside for blockage, check to see if condensate water is draining when furnace is running. The furnace is being shut down by safety devices (May be high limit switch is tripping or the pressure switch is dropping out). You should have a HVAC co. out to check the system.

yeah i got 4 blink error code telling me there is a problem with the limit

Things that caused high limit switch to trip -- Air flow issues, Flue issues, Crack Heat Exchanger. The flue and heat exchanger are very dangerous issues I highly recommend you turn the furnace off and call a qualified Heating & Cooling contractor. The high limit is trying to protect You and the system. I hope you have a carbon monoxide detector.
