Noise from A23 MMfi Ariston

Hello guys

Whenever I turn on this Ariston Combi the radiators will get hot normally. Then after about ten or fifteen minutes a humming noise starts coming from the combustion chamber.

Any clues to what unit may be faulty please ?.
