New water heater

Hi everyone,

So as the title says I am looking for a new water heater. It is for a rental property of mine as the old heater will be needing replaced soon. I was thinking of either the Rheem RTGH or the Takagi T-KJR2 which ive been reading up about at Tankless Heater Guide and was wondering if you guys have any thoughts?

I know some many people have very differing views on tankless water heaters so looking for advice.

no maintenance

tankless require a plumber to clean and adjust each year $$$$$$

Between Rheem RTGH and Takagi T-KJR2, I'd go with Takagi T-KJR2.
