New Toilet Stained Bad and Lost Flush Power

installed a new American Standard almost 2 years ago. The old toilet had no staining and was at least 20 years old. The other toilet in the house (much older) doesn’t stain either.

Any idea why the new one would have scaled up and lost flushing oomph?

A picture would help a ton.
1) If it is stained black and rubs of on you fingers. That is because chlorine.
2) Lite Brown is due to hard water.
A simple water conditioner would take care of this problem.
I recommend Puronics.
