Hi, hope someone can help here, I have a acre block and lots of trees at the front of the property, my sewers are blocked and I've managed to confirm its down the front of the property by finding one of the inspection points near the house and running a hose down 20 or so meters.

The water board will not come and flush out past the IS (inspection point) unless it's exposed, they say it could be just before the IS and a tree root so not there issue, and yes I agree, but still need to find that IS to be able to solve the issue, issue seems that it's 500mm below the ground and was never brought to ground, so I'm trying to find it of these plans... I've had a plumber out and he's told me he thinks on these plans it's:

Looking from the front of the house..

18.20 Meters from the right boundary
2.70 Meters from the front boundary (not the road, there is a nature strip that isn't marked, no fence, so from there)

I've been digging for days! no findy....

Does this plan tell anyone anything different?

Call a local plumber with a sewer camera and locator. He should be able to push the camera to the blockage and locate. This will also help find buried cleanouts that are hard to find. The Ridgid locator and camera I use is highly accurate at pinpointing location and depth.
