Hi guys looking for a plan drawer
I have an ongoing permit with the city. I Replace my natural gas tank water heater to a tankless.
City is requesting some drawings. Here are some things they ask

PLEASE PROVIDE A PLAN​
SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE NEW WATER HEATER AND A GAS​
RISER DRAWING- SECTIONS 107.3.5.3.1 AND 107.2.1 WPB.​
PLEASE SHOW ALL REQUIRED INSTALLATION CLEARANCE​
DISTANCE MEASUREMENTS ON THE PLAN PER MANUFACTURER'S​
SPECIFICATIONS, AND SUBMIT A COMPLETE SPEC SHEET THAT​
SHOWS THE BTU LOAD AND INPUT PRESSURE- SECTION 624.1​
FBC FG.​
2) THE GAS RISER SHALL BE A COMPLETE GAS RISER FOR THE​
RESIDENCE THAT INCLUDES ALL NEW AND EXISTING GAS PIPING​
AND APPLIANCES AND EQUIPMENT- SECTIONS 401.3 & 401.4​
FBC FG. PLEASE PROVIDE:​
A) TYPE OF GAS- NATURAL OR LP.​
B) DELIVERY PRESSURE AT THE METER.​
C) TOTAL BTU LOAD AND INDIVIDUAL APPLIANCE BTU LOADS.​
D) TOTAL DEVELOPED LENGTH OF THE SYSTEM FROM THE METER​
TO THE MOST REMOTE APPLIANCE OUTLET.​
E) BRANCH AND CUT PIPE LENGTH MEASUREMENTS.​
F) TYPES AND SIZES OF PIPING.​
G) LOCATIONS OF REGULATORS, SHUTOFF VALVES, AND PIPE​
UNIONS.​
H) OUTLET PRESSURES AT REGULATORS.​
I) LOCATIONS AND TYPES OF PIPE SLEEVES.​

That wouldn’t pass inspection here. Too close to gas meter.
 
Mine either. I believe my city required a 5' clearance to any window opening or gas meter.
