Need Help with Hudee Rings or Hudee Rims

We just had a new Kitchen Sink installed. The handyman didn't do a very good job of removing the old sink as there are torn pieces of the old countertop visable next to the edge of the new sink.

Does anyone know where we can purchase custom made Hudee Rings or Hudee Rims? Or, any suggestions how to hide the edge of the new Kitchen Sink installation?

forget custom rings/rims from maybe only one mfr. Are they obsolete, no they are made, but not custom
you can pay any custom metal shop, but it'd be cheaper to tear out the counter and start over
