Hi everyone about a year ago I posted a thread where I was having issues with my combination system. ( http://www.plumbingforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6977 ) I hired a plumber this year to take a look at it since the system started leaking from the big silver cylinder. He ended making things worse and now I am ready to update my system.

Ive purchase the Navien NCB-180 combination condensing gas boiler, quick install manifold kit, Navien plumb easy valves, and residential condensate neutralizer.

I've been looking over diagrams of how the plumbing setup should look and it looks a bit different from my setup, for starts my system does not have an expansion tank and air separator, or circulator.

Looking for guidance, if anyone can explain or help me understand whats missing out of my plumbing system and can help me with what i would need to purchase and explain some basics i'd greatly appreciate it.

Thank you, This system is a combination unit, for domestic hot water and space heating, which I use baseboard.

All of the baseboards are set, I just need a better understanding of what needs to be attached to the copper lines like an expansion tank, a circulator and pressure valves. The system is already setup but i feel like code was done differently 15 years ago.

Thanks in advance.
