Multi story venting question

What is the best way to vent the fixtures in a multi-story apartment building which has single bathroom groups stacked on each floor but no plumbing chase.
The fixtures back up to a 6" stud wall. The building is under the 2009 IPC.

Can you use wet venting for each individual bathroom and tie one fixture from each group into a relief vent going from the base of the stack to up to the top?

Also can you tie a furnace room floor drain into a bathroom group or does that dis-allow it from being wet vented?

No offense intended, but that is a question to ask of the mechanical engineer who designed the plumbing system, or better yet, the licensed plumbing contractor who will be installing it.
