Moving a basement bathroom

Ok, I'm a fairly competent person. Recently I've been having difficulty finding the answer to this question. I live in a bungalow with an upstairs bathroom at the rear of my house. There use to be a washroom right under it in the basement. I want to move it from the rear of the house to the front of the house. What I was thinking about doing was leaving the stack where it was and adding a new one to vent the new bathroom. If I t/yed off the existing sewer line, added a new stack for the new bathroom, and then in the joist cavity, tied the new stack into the old stack, would that vent properly? I was intending on using 3" abs the entire length (15ish feet plus the floor to ceiling height) I added an image of my reno plan. The new stack I intend to add would be in the wall between the tub and toilet. The existing stack is in the half wall directly inline with the proposed new one.
I'm hoping for a simple yes🤓.

Will this help. I'm not in the USA. I'm in Canada. Code rules aren't really the major concern. I'll oversize most of the pipe and grade the lines @ correct grades. Will what I've drawn vent correctly or will there be gurgling. I'd hate to finish my basement just to dig it back up.

Also, I'm aware that anything more than 6 feet away from the vent requires its own specific vent.
