Hello Guys, I just replaced a Mixet valve in my shower hoping it would solve my hot water problem. It didn't really. Amazingly, the bathtub beside it is getting hot again, but the shower is still only luke warm. Any ideas? Are there more things behind the wall that might need replaced?

Thanks for your response. I was able to find a replacement Mixet cartridge and replace it. But, the water will not get hot even with a replacement cartridge. I am asking if there are any other things I should consider before going inside the sheetrock.

May I assume you checked to make sure there were no internal temperature adjustment?
I know many have but I suppose many may not.
Just a thought.

Change the cartridge in the bathtub, it may be the one that is allowing the hot/cold cross connection.
