Hello all, thanks for the great resource.
This past January my main drain line split. As a temporary solution I bondo'd the crap out of it. So now that the ground is thawing, and I need to drywall the area, I need a proper fix. I was originally planning on digging up the pipe outside, right by the house and cutting it off and splicing a new piece on. That's not exactly an easy task though since the pipe is about 5' below ground level and is between the concrete porch and the side of my neighbors townhouse. The thought had occurred to me that maybe I could remove the cinder block to the right and get a sawzaw in there to make a decent cut? Anyway, any input would be appreciated, and if you could tell me exactly what I need to buy that would also be helpful.

Thanks kindly

Thank you very much john. That's a nice little tool, I think you just saved me a world of hurt. So a coupling and a few inches of 4" pipe and a new T and I'm back in business. You the man!
