Low Pressure

I installed a new stem in my father's lavatory today. Moen single handle. The cold side has less pressure than the hot side. Thank's for any help.

could be a piece of the old seal came off while replacing core. you might have to take out the new core and check it visually. make sure the stop valve under the sink is turned back on fully
