Lady needs help with kitchen faucet!

Hello,
As I was making biscuits, eggs and bacon this morning, I noticed water on the floor. I checked under the sink and found a leak. I can see where it's leaking from but how do I fix it? I will add a pic.

It has water coming from the section about an inch above the countertop. It is coming out in several places all around that section.

Is the water coming from the faucet itself?

Yes, at the section located about one inch above the granite countertop.

It appears you need to install a few washers in the base, but you will not know what needs replacing until you open the faucet up. I'm lazy and would normally just toss the faucet and replace it, but those oil rubbed bronze faucets are both expensive and beautiful, so you will need to start dissecting it from the top down. I also know the company will usually replace your bad parts free of charge, provided you have that information.

It looks like that faucet has a pullout spout. If it is it can be leaking from where the hose connects to the spout.
