Kohler sink scratching

So I bought a new Kohler sink about two months back and all over the box it said guaranteed not to chip or scratch. Well after about two months of normal use it has several scratches in the bottom. Do you think they will do anything for me? Or am I screwed.

I was wrong the box only says it will not chip or crack so maybe scratches are normal? I emailed Kohler but was hoping one of you guys may have dealt with them.

Kohler is pretty decent to deal with. I've dealt with them a few times and i was impressed. Worth a shot.

They replaced my defective toilet pretty quickly. Good customer service IMHO.
