Our county has added water pressure valves on the main line at the street coming into our house.
Since adding it, our pipes knock (cannot find which pipe is knocking) at various times during the day and night. They do not nkock when water is turned on or off.
I had them lower the pressure to our house down to 65psi, which reduced the severity, and the number of times the pipes knock, but they still do it.
Any suggestions?

Maybe try tying down the attic runs better, and maybe add an expansion tank at the water heater. You could also try some air chambers.
