Hello guys, first time poster here. I have an issue under my kitchen sink that I need help with. I have a dual sink with a garbage disposal on the right hand side and dishwasher on the left hand side. The hose for the dishwasher is not long enough to hook up to the disposal. I extended the house but because now the hose doesnt go upp from the floor the dishwasher smells bad =/ at least thats what I think the smell from the dishwasher is. The dishwasher is brand new. Here are some pictures of the way the plumbing is designed.

I appreaciate any help I can get with this!

Two things that need to be done. First the trap has to be installed in a level position. The way it is limits the size of the water seal, allowing the trap to siphon. This would allow sewer gas to enter the home. 2nd the dishwasher hose should loop up as high as possible before connecting to the disposal.

You need to have an air gap so water doesn't back up into dish washer .

Well the dishwasher hose wont reach the garbage disposal becsuse of the angle of the connection. What would be a good was to start from beginning with this plumbing mess?
