Kick starting a dry well

I have a well that is almost dry. Thirty feet deep and been flowing fine. Then all of a sudden almost nothing. Well companies say to put in tank or redrill.

What options do I have. I feel like it might have collapsed as the casing only goes ten feet down. It's all sand too. Course sand all the way down.

Can you frack it? Suck out the sand and put in new casing?

30' feet down is shallow, I'd get a new one drilled, might be cheaper long term then putting in a bigger tank now then having it go dry later.

A lot of our wells are going dry at 100' and are getting extended down to the 250' range. I have seen others down 1300' outa town.

When you say flowing; do you mean the well flows water without the use of a pump? Add tank: Do you have a storage tank now, or are they suggesting you add another larger atmospheric tank to contain a lot of water?
