Hello,
I have been doing some reading on the forums after discovering my water pressure regulator needed to be replaced. My home warranty co is refusing to honor their warranty as they claim my PRV cannot be replaced with the same part and will instead need to be re-piped. Thats gonna be big $$ unfortunately.
Symptoms of the bad PRV include low water pressure with more than one faucet/toilet/shower running and water hammer. A tech checked it and found the pressure could not be reduced below 80 psi by adjusting it, and recommended replacement.
I did some searching and this part is the same model number, however it looks different to me in the pictures.

My PRV:
Can anyone confirm?
