In other words, the faucet body of a pull out or pull down faucet doesn't come in contact with water because the hose is directly connected to the faucet valve.

stupid question anybody should know when shopping for a cheap pull out faucet right!

I just want to know if the faucet valves are directly connected to the hose, and if so, does that mean the faucet body finish doesn't really matter, thank you.

not sure what you are asking.. i think you want to know if the hose ataches to the valve. yes it does

under the valve, the hose screws into the body of the valve. the color, or finish of the faucet has nothing to do wthi the hose connection

usually, depending on brand. the nut that attaches the sprayer to hose is typically black.
