Identify faucet

Anyone recognize this kitchen faucet? Was installed about 8 - 9 years ago and has a constant drip. Looking for brand name and cannot locate.

Great job Dave! I had no idea myself but am looking at this exact replacement for my own kitchen, which currently is a POS, probably some Glacier Bay crap.
