Ideal Static Pressure Range

In the process of getting familiar with thermal expansion tanks and have discovered that the static pressure in my house (actually a rental) is close to 95 psi! From what I'm learning, that is much too high. What I'm not learning is what is the ideal range I should be shooting for. After I install a PRV to address pressure, I will be changing water heaters and installing a thermal expansion tank. Lots more questions to follow!

50-75 in my opinion. 95 is pushing the high side.
