I replaced the whole main drain outside. There is only 1 sink, 1 tub, and 1 toilet in house. The toilet and sink drain fine. Tub drains slow. The sink doesn't have a p trap and is rigged all wrong. Toilet and tub have p traps. If sink doesn't have one will it cause the tub to drain slow if they are connected to the same drain pipe?

Ya I'm gonna put a p trap on sink and then check the vent. Other then that I have checked everything out on it.

If after confirming the ventilation is okey, check for too many branches in ur connections

That shouldn't cause issues for just one draining slow. Unless maybe they were all being used at the same time.

if you have 3 fixtures, tub, terlet, sink

only the tub drains slow, the problem is between where the tub ties into the main, and the trap.

first, check the trap, if you can get to it, drop it and clean it out

2nd, if you have a trip lever on your tub, for the water to fill tub.

remove the 2 screws, pull it out, clean the hair ball off of it
