I need help finding a particular replacement stem for a shower

The stem for the hot water on my shower has broken and is not serviceable. The issue that I'm having is finding this particular type of stem. I do not know the manufacturer of my shower system and the particular stwm that I have is not available at any of the local or online hardware stores. Please help me identify the manufacturer of my shower or knows where to get this type of stem. Pictures of the stem and shower are attached.

The first picture I put is the diverter stem which is what you have there the second picture is what the hot and cold stem looks like. Also there are handle extensions that go onto the stems to make them long enough
